Frequently asked questions
What should I prepare for the first consultation?
Prepare your nationality or nationalities, country of residence, entry and departure dates, current permission and goal. For an existing case, collect the full application, decision or request for documents and its notification date. Summarise events in date order; additional documents depend on the case.
Does the consultation include filing the application?
The consultation assesses your circumstances and identifies next steps. Preparation, filing and case monitoring are quoted with a defined scope before engagement. Confirm which actions, communications and document reviews are included.
How is the price calculated?
Check Fees and confirm the amount before booking. A case quote depends on its scope and complexity. Professional fees, government charges, translations and other expenses should be distinguished in the proposal; payment does not guarantee a favourable decision.
What if I have received a refusal or request for documents?
Keep the full notice and evidence of when you received or accessed it. Include those dates when contacting us, rather than only a screenshot of the outcome. The response and deadline depend on the specific notice; submitting a contact form does not suspend or interrupt a deadline.
What do the country pages cover?
They organise moving preparations from a country or territory: documents, routes and consular office. Your departure country is not necessarily your nationality. Provide all your passports and legal residence details, as these can change the applicable procedure.
Can I send documents through the form?
The initial form collects contact details and a summary; it does not attach documents. Avoid full identity document numbers, medical information or other unnecessary data. Agree an appropriate channel for reviewing the file afterwards. In this local version, enquiries are saved in this installation’s admin area; this does not confirm an appointment or receipt by the practice.
