What we assess
The company applies to the Large Companies Unit (UGE), also if you are already in Spain on a legal stay. It requires a qualified position and a higher education degree or, as a rule, three years of equivalent professional experience. The UGE decides within 20 working days with positive silence, and the permit is granted for up to three years.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost and include?
The consultation and the full application are separate services. After reviewing the case, a quote specifies included work; fees, translations and other expenses are listed separately.
When should I start?
Before buying tickets or your authorisation expires. If you received a notice, provide its receipt date too: it may determine the response deadline.
