What we assess
The employer applies. As a rule, the position must appear in the Catalogue of hard-to-fill occupations, or it must be proven that there are no available job seekers after the vacancy has been advertised. The signed contract must guarantee the activity; if it is part-time, the annual salary must reach the annual full-time SMI. The worker collects the visa within one month and must be registered with Social Security within three months of entry. The renewal is granted for four years.

What does it cost and include?

When should I start?
Before buying tickets or your authorisation expires. If you received a notice, provide its receipt date too: it may determine the response deadline.
