What we assess
We first review your current situation and available documents. You receive a list of missing items and questions to resolve before filing.
Documents to get started
- Higher education degree obtained in the last two years or proof of the studies you are currently taking.
- Internship agreement or contract signed with the host organisation.
- Details of the host organisation and of the internship programme.
How we proceed
- Assessment: confirm the route and competent authority.
- Preparation: collect and review evidence specific to your case.
- Filing: check forms, fees and representation.
- Follow-up: monitor notices and explain the decision and next formalities.
What support covers
The application is filed by the host organisation and, if you are already in Spain on a study stay, it can be requested from here. With an agreement, internships can last up to twelve months, extendable once.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost and include?
The consultation and the full application are separate services. After reviewing the case, a quote specifies included work; fees, translations and other expenses are listed separately.
When should I start?
Before buying tickets or your authorisation expires. If you received a notice, provide its receipt date too: it may determine the response deadline.
