What we assess
If your stay is for higher education, the change is requested from Spain with a signed contract that meets the requirements for employed work. You no longer need three years of studies: that rule was abolished in 2022. Once the application is admitted for processing, you can work provisionally if the admission notice says so.
Documents to get started
- Study stay permit and degree or certificate of completion or of current studies.
- Employment contract signed by the employer and by you.
- Employer's documents and the conditions of the job.
How we proceed
- Assessment: confirm the route and competent authority.
- Preparation: collect and review evidence specific to your case.
- Filing: check forms, fees and representation.
- Follow-up: monitor notices and explain the decision and next formalities.
What support covers
Support can include document review, forms and written submissions, filing through representation and monitoring notifications. Scope, fees and external expenses are agreed before engagement.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost and include?
The consultation and the full application are separate services. After reviewing the case, a quote specifies included work; fees, translations and other expenses are listed separately.
When should I start?
Before your current permit or stay expires: there is no fixed filing window for a change of status. Do not start the new activity until it is granted.
