What we assess
It is for people who have completed higher education in Spain of at least level 6 of the European Qualifications Framework (bachelor's or higher) on a study stay. It lasts a maximum of 24 months and cannot be extended. It is requested in the 60 calendar days before the stay expires (or in the 90 days after, with a possible penalty). It does not allow you to work: when you find a job or start a business you must obtain the corresponding permit.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost and include?

When should I start?
Before buying tickets or your authorisation expires. If you received a notice, provide its receipt date too: it may determine the response deadline.
