What we assess
In Catalonia, a stable partnership exists after more than two years of living together, by living together and having a child in common, or by public deed. Registration in the Catalan register of stable partnerships is voluntary. For immigration purposes, a partnership registered in a public register or a duly proven stable relationship is required, depending on the applicable regime.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost and include?
The consultation and the full application are separate services. After reviewing the case, a quote specifies included work; fees, translations and other expenses are listed separately.
When should I start?
Before your relative travels or before their stay ends: depending on the regime, the application can be filed from Spain or requires a visa.
