What we assess
The sponsor must have lived legally in Spain for one year and hold a residence permit valid for at least one more year; long-term residents do not have to wait that year. They must prove means of 150% of the IPREM for a household of two plus 50% for each additional person, and suitable housing. The spouse or partner (with one year of living together, unless there are children in common), children under 18 and, if you are a long-term resident, dependent parents over 65 can be brought over. The application is filed in Spain, and the family member applies for the visa at the consulate within two months of notification.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost and include?
The consultation and the full application are separate services. After reviewing the case, a quote specifies included work; fees, translations and other expenses are listed separately.
When should I start?
Before your relative travels or before their stay ends: depending on the regime, the application can be filed from Spain or requires a visa.
