What we assess
The renewal is filed in the two months before expiry or the three months after. Filing on time extends the previous permit until a decision is made, including for work; if there is no reply within three months, it is deemed granted. If it is filed after expiry, a penalty procedure may be opened. The renewal is granted for four years.
