What we assess
The usual deadline to answer a request for documents is ten working days from notification, unless the request itself sets another; an extension of up to five days can be requested before it ends. If you are required to receive electronic notifications or have chosen that method, a notification not opened within ten calendar days is deemed rejected and the procedure continues.
Documents to get started
- Full passport and current authorisation, if any.
- Full decision or request, with the date and evidence of notification.
- Copy of the submitted file and evidence relating to the decision’s grounds.
- Timeline of entries, departures, applications and notifications.
How we proceed
- Assessment: confirm the route and competent authority.
- Preparation: collect and review evidence specific to your case.
- Filing: check forms, fees and representation.
- Follow-up: monitor notices and explain the decision and next formalities.
What support covers
Support can include document review, forms and written submissions, filing through representation and monitoring notifications. Scope, fees and external expenses are agreed before engagement.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost and include?
The consultation and the full application are separate services. After reviewing the case, a quote specifies included work; fees, translations and other expenses are listed separately.
When should I start?
As soon as you receive the request: the usual deadline is ten working days from notification, unless the document states otherwise. If you receive notifications electronically, they are deemed rejected if you do not open them within ten calendar days.
