What we assess

It requires two years of continuous stay, with absences of no more than 90 days, and enrolment in an accepted training course: post-compulsory secondary education, grade C vocational certificates (levels 1 to 3), in-person adult education courses or training promoted by public employment services for hard-to-fill occupations. Enrolment must be proven within three months of the grant. It lasts one year, allows employed work of up to 30 hours a week, and its extension depends on passing the course.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost and include?

The consultation and the full application are separate services. After reviewing the case, a quote specifies included work; fees, translations and other expenses are listed separately.

When should I start?

Once you meet the period of stay your route requires: two years for most arraigo routes, with absences of no more than 90 days for social and socio-educational arraigo; family arraigo has no minimum. Before leaving Spain, check how the trip would affect the count.
