What we assess
No minimum length of stay in Spain is required. It is for the father, mother or guardian of a minor who is a national of another EU country, the EEA or Switzerland, and for people who support an EU citizen with a disability. If your family member is Spanish, the route is the permit for family members of Spanish citizens. It is granted for five years and allows you to work.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost and include?
The consultation and the full application are separate services. After reviewing the case, a quote specifies included work; fees, translations and other expenses are listed separately.
When should I start?
Once you meet the period of stay your route requires: two years for most arraigo routes, with absences of no more than 90 days for social and socio-educational arraigo; family arraigo has no minimum. Before leaving Spain, check how the trip would affect the count.
