What we assess
It can be granted to victims of crimes against workers' rights, hate crimes or crimes with a racist aggravating factor, or domestic violence with a court decision; to people who develop a serious illness in Spain requiring care not available in their country; to people whose safety or whose family's safety would be at risk on return; and on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior in the international protection procedure. It is granted for one year and can be extended.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost and include?
The consultation and the full application are separate services. After reviewing the case, a quote specifies included work; fees, translations and other expenses are listed separately.
When should I start?
Before buying tickets or your authorisation expires. If you received a notice, provide its receipt date too: it may determine the response deadline.
